Coat Stands & Racks: The "Hook" by GAZZDA

Built for Real Use

The freestanding Hook coat stand stands 170cm tall, its bent steel rod frame finished with a fine, granulated powder-coat in four colourways. The wall-mounted rack comes in three configurations — straight, inner corner, and outer corner — so it fits a hallway however it's shaped. Empty or fully hung with coats, the structure holds its own.

Material, Chosen with Intention

The frame's powder coating uses thermosetting resins formulated for lower environmental impact, without compromising on the durable, fine-textured finish. Each solid oak knob is shaped on a woodturning lathe and finished with a plant-based Hardwax oil, retaining the wood's natural tone rather than masking it — a detail that shows the material was chosen for what it is, not disguised as something else.
